Method 1.

·      Open Lightroom

·      Go to the Develop module

·      Go to File >Import Develop Profiles and Presets

·      Navigate to the preset zip file you downloaded (If you have already unzipped the zip file, navigate to the folder that holds the XMP files)

·      Click Import

·      Done!

Method 2.

·      Open Lightroom

·      Go to the Develop module

·      In the Presets Panel on the left click on the + icon

·      Click on Import Presets.  (make sure you have images loaded for this to work)

·      Navigate to the preset zip file you downloaded (If you have already unzipped the zip file, navigate to the folder that holds the XMP files)

·      Click Import

·      Done!

You can import .XMP only
